How to Print and Personalize Your Certificates?
- Download the PDF or open the editable file.
- Fill in the child’s full name, program or school name, teacher’s name, and graduation date (handwritten or typed).
- Print on white cardstock (65–110 lb) for a sturdier feel, or regular printer paper if framing. Use color settings and “actual size” or 100% scale.
- Optional extras: add a gold seal sticker, hole-punch the top and attach a ribbon, or place the certificate in an inexpensive frame or clear sleeve.
- For multiple children, leave common fields blank and fill names one by one, or use an editable version and save separate files.
Most free templates are for personal or classroom use only—do not resell them.
Tips for a Simple Preschool Graduation Ceremony
Keep the event short and joyful. Line up the children, play a short song, call each name, and hand over the certificate. Take group photos and individual shots of kids holding their diplomas. Many families also send home a small treat or a matching free graduation coloring page.
Homeschool parents can make the certificate part of a family celebration or backyard “ceremony.” Daycare and preschool teachers often pair the certificate with a class photo or memory book page.
