How to Print and Use Your Out of Order Sign?
- Download the PDF of your chosen design.
- Print on standard US Letter paper (or cardstock for extra durability). Use color if the design includes it for better visibility; black-and-white works fine for temporary needs.
- Optional: Laminate the sign or place it in a clear plastic sleeve for reuse and protection, especially in high-traffic or damp areas like restrooms.
- Post the sign clearly at the affected location—on the door, machine, or nearby wall—so it is easy to see.
- Remove or update the sign once the issue is resolved.
Tips for best results: Bold, high-contrast text improves readability. For outdoor or high-use settings, consider printing on thicker paper or protecting the sign from moisture.
